On April 21, 2024 at 19:00, a concert of a unique orchestra will take place in the Big Concert Hall of the Belarusian State Philharmonic. “BELSAXO” is the only saxophone orchestra in the Republic of Belarus. The orchestra consists of exclusively young talents – professional musicians, students and students of various educational institutions of the country.
“BELSAXO” is subject to a wide stylistic palette from baroque compositions to modern avant-garde. And the upcoming concert will make sure of this. The “Musical Treasures” program combines a masterpiece by G.F.Handel, an outstanding composition by M.Mussorgsky, music by unsurpassed masters of the 20th century – A.Piazzolla, G.Gershwin, and many well-known and long-loved compositions.
