On the 28th of June in the Big Concert Hall of the Belarusian State Philharmonic will perform the group “Three Sticks” – a collective created by Moscow musicians with the purpose to expand the usual stylistic framework and to show the whole variety of percussion instruments working in synthesis with piano, electronics and video.
This time the Minsk audience will be presented with the concert programme “Movie Music World” – a full immersion into the atmosphere of favourite movies, games and TV series in the format of a film concert. Music in movie is a guide to the inner world of the characters and an essential element of the narrative. Glass, Einaudi, Zimmer, Richter and other minimalist composers whose works will be performed at the concert create musical universes for their characters. Their music is not just a background, but a separate element of the movie with a power of impact not inferior to the script. At our concert music will be your companion in the world of experiences of the heroes of legendary movies, and we will make this journey under the careful guidance of musicians of Three Sticks.
