The concert will feature masterpieces of the Romantic era – from miniatures to sonatas. Sensual and life-affirming works for solo piano and in duet with violin will awaken trembling in the soul and heart.
About the performers:
Anastasia and Margarita are sisters, grew up in a family of musicians, both graduated from the Republican Gymnasium-College at the Belarusian State Academy of Music.
Anastasia Alekseychik is a soloist-instrumentalist of the concert and touring department of the Belarusian State Philharmonic. She graduated from the Belarusian State Academy of Music in 2017, and a master’s degree in 2018 (class of Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus, Professor Yu.Gildyuk). Laureate of international competitions and festivals, including the International Competition for Prizes of the Steinway Company in Hamburg (Germany) (2009, 1st prize) and many others.
Margarita Alekseychik is a laureate of international and republican competitions, and is currently a first-year student at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (class of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, Associate Professor A.Lundin).
