Within the framework of the Music Festival “Khibla Gerzmava invites...”
On December 12, the Belarusian State Philharmonic Society will host a concert of laureates of the I International Competition of Vocalists and Concertmasters of Khibla Gerzmava. The concert will be attended by talented vocalists and pianists who won the contest of the famous diva. The young opera singers have already performed at the world's best venues, including the Bolshoi Theater of Russia, the Mariinsky Theater, the Salzburg Festival, the Hamburg State Opera, the Dresden Opera, the Greek National Opera, the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Music Theater and many others. The concert will be attended by Mariinsky Theatre soloists Olga Maslova (soprano), Vyacheslav Vasiliev (baritone) and Gleb Peryazev (bass), Kazakh National Opera and Ballet Theatre soloist Damir Saduakhasov (tenor) and soloist of the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Music Theatre Maria Lupareva (soprano), Liwei Hou (bass), who has performed several times at the Beijing National Center for the Performing Arts, winner of multiple prestigious prizes and the Audience Award of the Khibla Gerzmava Competition Zhargal Tsyrendagbaeva (soprano) and winner of the Grand Prix of the Competition, soloist of the Moscow Academic Stanislavsky Musical Theater Alexei Kulagin (bass), guest soloist of the Dutch National Opera, the Dresden Opera, the Salzburg Festival and the Mariinsky Theatre.
Gifted singers from Russia, China and Kazakhstan will perform famous arias, romances, songs and duets by Russian and foreign composers. The evening will be held in a chamber format. The piano parts will be performed by the winners of the Khibla Gerzmava Competition: Elena Vardazaryan, concertmaster of the Yerevan Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, and Mark Vaza, concertmaster of the Youth Opera Program of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia.
Special guests – soloists of the Bolshoi Theater of Belarus Anastasia Mikhnovets (soprano) and Dmitry Shabetya (tenor).
The concert is in one department.
The event will be supported by the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives.
