1. General positions
The following terms represent an agreement between the Institution "Belarusian State of the Red Labor Banner's Order Philharmonic Society" (Institution) and the User (visitor) of the web-site of the Institution (http://www.philharmonic.by/), which regulates the use of the information and the services of the website.
The present document determines the rights and the obligations of the owner of the site, during its creation and support and also the rights and the obligations of users (visitors) of the site. The present rules apply to all the users (visitors) of the site. While using the information and/or the services of the Institution website the user (visitor) confirm that he completely agrees with the following terms and shall fulfill them.
The Institution reserves the right to change the present terms without giving notice to the user (visitor). When the new terms are distributed on the web site http://www.philharmonic.by/, they will come into force.
2. Additions
The website services of the Institution can have there own rules of use, which clarify and widen the "Terms of Service" in regard to the using of the services by user (visitor). These rules are the inseparable part, process as the additions to the "Terms of Service".
3. Information resources
The information resources of the Institution website include all materials and services situated on *philharmonic.by.
The Institution reserves the right to change the structure, the content and the location of their information resources without prior notice.
The Institution tries to give to the users (visitors) the exact and actual information. At the same time all the materials edited on the pages of the website are given «as is»» with the possible mistakes without any guaranty directly expressed or had in mined.
4. Liability
The Institution will not be liable for the direct or indirect damage including the lost profit arising as a result of coping, using or the impossibility of using of the materials and services, which the Institution website proposes if the other doesn't specify by the corresponding agreements with the users (visitors).
The Institution will not be liable for the content and the reliability of the advertisement and information materials of the third persons located on the website of the Institution.
The Institution will not be liable for the direction and the activity of the other websites which are accessible from the pages of the Institution website through URL.
5. Terms of information use
The present document allows:
unlimited use of information resources of the Institution website for a personal acquaintance;
reproduction without prior notice of the original materials of the Institution website for non-commercial aims on condition the link to the Institution website (the link must be interactive by reproducing in Internet);
reproduction of other materials located on the information resources of the Institution website on condition the link to the original source (the link must be interactive by reproducing in Internet).
The present document prohibits:
reproduction of the materials located on the information resources of the Institution website for commercial aims without the signing the corresponding agreements with the Institution;
use of the materials located on the information resources of the Institution website so can damage of the Institution reputation including the citing that can distort the sense.
The reproduction of the original materials without the link to the source or without mention the author (if the material is signed) is the violation of the laws and entails the law liability.
6. Privacy
The Institution provides the privacy of the information about the users of the Institution website, except the causes that foresee by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
The information given by user (visitor) to the editorial departments of the Institution except his personal data, will be non-private in case if the user (visitor) did not specify the other, and the Institution reserves the right to use it freely in commercial or non-commercial aims.
