Vladimir Radivilov is a laureate of many festivals and competitions, master of parody and humor, Honoured Artist of the Republic of Belarus. During the last 5 years he has been an active and creative artist.
All these years there were a lot of concerts and shows where Radivilov was an author, director and performer. Many of them were shown on the Belarusian and Russian television: "Smekhoassorti - 1,2,3", "Who likes to laugh is welcome here," "Love the parodist," "Parodist's Dream".
And in 2007 there was a new anniversary concert program "Jubilee in a circle of friends" which was dedicated to the 25th anniversary of his creative activity. The programs of recent years consistently produce the warm welcome and gratitude of the audience. They were shown in many concert halls of Minsk: concert hall « Minsk», the Culture House of Railwaymen, the Culture House of MAZ, the Culture House of Tractor Plant, Belarusian State Philharmonic Society, and also in many cities and towns of the Republic of Belarus.

Radivilov made his concert tours in many parts of the Republic of Belarus, and also in the Far East, in Siberia, on the Black Sea coast, in the Kaliningrad region, in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Many tours were also held abroad: in Poland, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Moldova, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan.
For the further development of the conversational genre in Belarus he creates a theatre of skits, humor and songs "Radivilov-theatre". And to improve professional skills and to enhance the creative mastery Radivilov enters the Belarusian State University of Culture (1999-2004), specializing in conversational genre.
Radivilov takes an active part in the cultural life of the city of Minsk and of the whole country. He is a jury member and a regular participant of the all-Belarusian festival of folk humor "Autsyukі", where he is constantly awarded with diplomas and valuable gifts. For many years Radivilov is a member of the jury at the children television festival "Suzorye Nadzei", a honorable guest and a regular participant of charity concerts at the National children health camp "Zubryonok", where he was awarded the medal "for the conscientious work", a jury member of the Republican contest of amateur art of the workers of MOE, a member of the National Commission of Culture and Art Workers on patronage over the personnel of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus. He was also awarded by the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus with honor diplomas and valuable gifts. For high performing skills and a great contribution to the moral education of the students of the Academy of the Ministry of the Interior Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and assistance in the patronage of the Volozhin boarding school he was awarded with diplomas by the Ministry of the Interior Affairs of the Republic of Belarus.
