Evening concerts of the State Chamber Choir of the Republic of Belarus in the Red Church are always outstanding musical events. The programmes of concerts are intended for all lovers of musical art. The solemn and sublime sound of the human voice and the "king of instruments" organ in the special acoustics of the temple never leaves listeners indifferent, finding a way to every soul.
The soloists of the State Chamber Choir of the Republic of Belarus Yuri Gabrus (organ) and Ekaterina Kroschuk (mezzo-soprano) will present dear listeners the programme of the best examples of organ and vocal music. The ensemble will perform the brightest arias of G.F.Handel, G.B. Pergolesi, A. Stradella and others.
Organ music will be represented by well-known works by organ composers from different epochs and will encompass plays from expressive North German baroque to the spectacular style of French music written especially for symphonic organs.
The culmination of the concert will be the music of the greatest Johann Sebastian Bach, which is a special top of the repertoire of organists and will never lose its spiritual power to influence listeners.
