On March 12, 2023 at 3:00 p.m., we will present an original program about different types of art: architecture, sculpture, theater, film, and more. We will talk about these arts through contemporary children’s books and jazz.
We have chosen 10 children’s books about these arts and 10 pieces of music associated with them. We will tell you interesting but little-known facts about these books and present the musical works in our author's arrangements, made especially for young listeners.

“Jazz for Kids” is
– monthly author’s jazz concerts for children and their parents on the stage of the Belarusian State Philharmonic;
– each concert within the project “Jazz for Children” is a thematic program composed of well-known classical and jazz pieces in author's arrangement, made especially for young listeners by professional jazz band of Belarus –Andrey Slavinsky’s VIP Jazz;
– the theme of each concert is related to children literature: we tell about books with the help of music;
– “kid friendly atmosphere”: we are happy to see listeners of any age, even the youngest ones!
