As always in the annual traditional concert “New Year Surprises in the Music Parlour” there is a place for expected, loved and completely unexpected surprises. December 20, the day we all in the Philharmonic, on stage and in the hall, begin to truly feel that the most magical days of the year are coming. The days when you believe in a fairy tale and a miracle, the days when cherished wishes can come true. And all this thanks to the amazing music that creates a special New Year’s mood.
Before Christmas and the New Year, the music of Bach, Handel, Vivaldi, and Nyman tunes our souls to a high order of feelings. The famous “Flight” by Schnittke makes us believe that Beauty does wonders, and beloved music by Michael Tariverdiev just makes us absolutely happy! Isn't that real magic!
